Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of working with homelessness and complex needs services, experience of outcome-based support planning and an understanding and knowledge around harm reduction.

We are looking for someone who is an effective communicator and is able to build therapeutic relationships with the people we support.

They will also be required to work as part of  a large team, while also taking their own initiative. We need someone who is flexible and has experience of shift work (including night shift).
