We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced and caring housing professionals to join our teams at Wheatley Homes Glasgow.

Who are we looking for? 

The ideal candidate will have…

  • an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation;
  • passionate about delivering excellent customer service; and
  • able to work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities.

You should have: 

  • at least two years’ experience working within a Housing Officer role or be part of our internal Ignite Graduate programme;
  • excellent interpersonal skills;
  • a good knowledge of current housing legislation;
  • a proven track record of excellent rental income collection, void and neighbourhood management; and
  • demonstrative experience of managing a challenging workload.

The role will involve working from home, with travel requirements to allocated patch and Group offices when required. Holding, or working towards, a housing qualification at CIH Level 2 or equivalent – as well as a current driving licence – is desirable.
