Stronger Voices Officer

Salary: SCP 23-26 (£27,072-£29,710 per annum)

Location: Glasgow (home-based worker with travel requirement to allocated patch and Group offices)

Duration: Fixed term

Work pattern: 35 hours per week, exclusive of lunch breaks

We have an exciting opportunity for a Stronger Voices Officer to join our team.

As a Stronger Voices Officer, at Wheatley Group, you are key to ensuring that the customer voice is heard strongly and that both our local services and our Group-wide approaches are influenced by and responsive to customers’ needs and priorities.

You will work closely with your colleagues who also deliver for our customers and communities such as Housing Officers, Wheatley Care staff, NETs teams and Wheatley Foundation staff to make positive contributions to the lives of our customers.

You will be:

  • an enthusiastic and caring professional who can work, adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and constantly innovating and improving organisation;
  • passionate about delivering excellent customer service; and
  • able to work collaboratively with customers and partner agencies to support the continued development of our communities.

You should have:

  • previous experience of working in a customer focussed role
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • a good knowledge of the housing sector;
  • demonstrative experience of working as a team
