New lifts and structural repairs at high-rise blocks

GHA spent more than £200,000 carrying out structural repairs at the high-rise block at 843 Crow Road.

New lifts were also installed at the Lincoln Avenue and Kestrel Avenue high rises, with more than 450 tenants there feeling the benefit.

We also carried out environmental improvements in the Temple area to the tune of £80,000, while external wall insulation and a new roof were installed in Culbin Drive, at a cost of £24,000.
