Free books for kids
Children from birth to age five can receive a free book through the post every month thanks to Wheatley Foundation and a country music superstar.
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has teamed up with Wheatley Foundation to provide free books to young children - beginning with The Tale of Peter Rabbit.
If you are a Wheatley Homes Glasgow tenant, and have pre-school children, you can sign up for the programme and receive a new book each month.
Interested? Let your housing officer know or call our customer first centre on 0800 479 7979 . To register your child, we will need the following information:
- Child’s full name:
- Child’s date of birth:
- Sex of child:
- Parent or guardian’s name:
- Child’s home mailing address:
- Parent or guardian’s email address:
- Parent or guardian’s phone number
If your child’s address changes, you must let us know to make sure the books are delivered to the correct address.
