Video: Exercise classes a hit with over 55s

They’ve been enjoying easy exercise classes every week in the community room at 290 Lincoln Avenue, Knightswood.

As you can see from our video, the classes – a partnership between GHA, Loretto Care and local group Knightswood Connects – are going down a storm with residents.

They’re a good way for people to get together too, with a cuppa and chat after the classes.

If you’re over 55, why not pop along every Wednesday at 2pm? There’s a small charge of £2 to cover costs.
