GHA helps celebrate healthy communities

We helped support the Kingsway Gala and Harvest Festival which took place in Scotstoun earlier this month.

The event featured live music and outdoor play for the kids, as well as police and fire officers.

People were also given free soup made from vegetables grown in the community garden there, while free bags of veg with recipes on how to make soup were also included.

Peter Smith, GHA’s housing manager for the area, said: “We always want to help our tenants lead healthier lives and celebrate the good work being done at the Kingsway Health and Wellbeing centre.”
