GHA van is bringing us closer to you
Our GHA van is out and about in the North East, helping us get closer to our customers.
The van means we can get to the heart of our communities, making it easier for us to talk to you about the issues that matter most to you, and find ways we can help.
The van has already been a hit with customers, who have been delighted to chat with housing officers and other GHA staff.
Claire McCrudden, from Cardow Road in Barmulloch, came along with her son Reillie, 5, and baby daughter Rosie, on her way to the park.
She said: “It’s good to see my housing officer. I was able to chat to him about some things and it saved me a phone call.
“With two kids it is sometimes difficult to come into the office and wait, so it is great to be able to have a chat out and about.”
Melenie Carmichael, from Leadburn Road, said: “I had a problem – and I saw I could come here instead of going into the office. I got the help I needed straight away – so I am really happy. It is good to see the housing team out and about in the community”.
