At Wheatley, we have various opportunities to join our Environmental Van teams, delivering services day to day, maintaining our neighbourhoods and communities.
About the role
Our Neighbourhood Operatives play a vital role in creating safe, clean and welcoming environments for our customers and communities. Working across our neighbourhoods, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality environmental services, maintaining communal areas. You'll also engage with customers and help make a positive difference to where people live.
Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining communal areas and neighbourhood environments to a high standard;
- grass cutting;
- general cleaning of our neighbourhoods;
- assisting with bulk uplifts and ensuring neighbourhoods remain clean and welcoming
- stair cleaning.
As a Neighbourhood Operative, you will be a key player in creating safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for our communities. The successful candidate will embody Wheatley's core values and display outstanding customer service in all aspects of their work.
