Close cleaning service update
Thanks for your patience as we continue to operate in line with government guidance.
As restrictions ease and resources allow, we are re-introducing our services, while ensuring the safety of customers and staff remains our top priority.
Our close cleaning service restarted on 4 May 2021.
However, it will take time to reach every close, so please bear with us.
It will take a few weeks to bring every close back to our usual high standards, but we expect to be back to our normal schedule by mid-June.
Keeping you safe
Keeping you and our staff safe is a top priority. Here’s how you can help:
- social distancing: please give our team space to work and clean your close by staying in your home while they are working. If you need to go out, please observe social distancing where possible;
- remove any hazards in the close: bikes, prams and bin bags are fire hazards and shouldn’t be stored there.
